Thank you for choosing Rachel's Cards and Crafts! Every item is lovingly handmade in Northumberland and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Times

Most items are made to order, so please allow 1–2 weeks for your order to be handmade before it is dispatched.

If your item is ready to post, this will be stated in the product description.

If you need your order for a specific date, please get in touch before placing your order. I'll always do my best to help where possible.

As every item is handmade, slight variations may occur, making each creation beautifully unique.

Postage

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked services.

Standard Delivery

Express Delivery

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 (available at checkout)

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information where applicable.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and cannot be guaranteed.

Packaging

Every order is carefully packaged to help protect your handmade items during transit.

Cards are supplied with a coordinating envelope, and larger or more delicate items are packaged in protective postal boxes or suitable packaging to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Delivery Delays

Once your parcel has been handed to Royal Mail, I unfortunately cannot control any delivery delays.

If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time, please contact me and I'll do everything I can to help.

Incorrect Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

Rachel's Cards and Crafts cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

International Shipping

At present I only ship within the United Kingdom.
