Return & Refund Policy

At Rachel's Cards and Crafts, every item is handmade with care and attention to detail. I want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if there is a problem, please get in touch and I'll do my best to help.

Personalised Items

As personalised items are made especially for you, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or there has been an error on my part.

Please double-check all names, dates, spellings and personalisation details before placing your order.

Standard (Non-Personalised) Items

If you wish to return a non-personalised item, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided work has not already begun.

As many items are handmade to order, cancellations requested after work has started may not be possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

Photographs of the item and packaging may be requested so I can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
